Business Transfers
If Clear Echo Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction, we will provide affected customers advance notice before identifiable Customer Data is transferred to a successor where legally and operationally feasible. Customers will have the opportunity to export their information and request deletion of synced Customer Data before such transfer occurs, except where prohibited by law. Any successor entity that continues the Services will be required to honor the commitments described in this Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention
Customer Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Services or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Upon written request or account termination:
- synced Customer Data will be deleted within thirty (30) days;
- backup copies are scheduled to expire within ninety (90) days;
- customers may export their Customer Data at no charge prior to deletion.
Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and applicable legal requirements. We may retain backup copies and archived records for legitimate business purposes.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.

Clear Echo Labs processes information provided by customers and relies on customers to ensure they have appropriate rights to provide such information.

Customer-specific data is not used to train AI models made available to other customers.
AI processing performed on behalf of a customer is limited to providing requested functionality within that customer's account.
